DESCRIPTION

As the Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth by leading the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. You'll develop and implement a sales strategy, build strong relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development and sales strategy to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.

  • Research market trends, identify potential clients, and establish connections to expand the client base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project developers, and industry professionals, acting as a trusted point of contact.

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team success.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract potential clients.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key areas for business expansion and stay updated on industry trends.

WHO YOU ARE

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong network in the industry.
